Hello, My name is Jody McFerren. Welcome to my new web page about my new book called, "Back in St. Olaf... An Illustrated Encyclopedia of Stories, Idiotic Sayings & Home Cookery"! I am an artist, writer and cook currently residing in the hot south...Atlanta, Georgia. I have always had a love for the television sitcom, "The Golden Girls". Over the course of the last two years, I have been writing a book that I consider to be on of the most bizarre, yet useful and hilarious concept books ever to hit the mass book market. "Back in St. Olaf... An Illustrated Encyclopedia of Stories, Idiotic sayings & Home Cookery" is inspired by and dedicated to Betty White and her iconic character that she portrayed on the classic sitcom "The Golden Girls". After all, who can forget Rose Nylund, St. Olaf's Woman of the Year and three-time winner of the St. Olaf Milk Diving Tournament (low fat division).
